All shipments are sent out of Bangkok,
Thailand the center of the World's body jewelry trade, which allows us to
offer the most competitive prices.
Standard shipping is by airmail
which takes between 7 and 14 days into the USA and similar for most other
countries. Orders over $30 are sent by registered mail.
Notes on Registered Airmail:
Being registered does mean that someone has to sign for it. The postman will
take it back to your local post office and hold it there for collection if
can't find someone to sign. After about three weeks if isn't collected it will
be returned to us and we will contact you to see if we can send it again.
Returns and Refunds
If the jewelry is broken, damaged or not
what you ordered please contact us straight away at:

We will either replace or refund on the
above.
We are unable to replace or refund or
jewelry once it has been used unless the problem is caused by defective
workmanship.
For problems not caused by us we reserve the
right to charge the shipping even if the product cost is refunded.
